Absolutely No Risk
If you are not satisfied after using our service and you can provide adequate reasons and explain the situation, then we guarantee to give your money back! Or, if your vehicle does not show up and you have to use alternative transport we will pay you for your inconvenience, even though you have not paid for the transfer in advance). With our generous terms and conditions you have nothing to lose.
If we fail to pick you up at the arranged time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will compensate you for the inconvenience (subject to our conditions). However, we will only pay your claim if you contact us immediately if you cannot find our company representative at the arranged time (a local phone number is provided). We will not pay a compensation amount greater than the cost of the journey booked.
If you pay by credit card online, our company representative is informed that the payment has been made, so there is nothing more you need to do. When choosing to pay by credit or debit card on the spot (when arriving at Cairo International Airport) please note that we do not accept Maestro or Visa Electron cards. If you pay cash to the company representative and are booking a return journey, please pay the full amount for both journeys when you arrive at the airport. Once you have paid, the company representative will give you a transport voucher which you can give to the representative on the return journey in lieu of money. When paying in cash we accept American Dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP) and Euros (EUR). If paying by credit card we charge your card in USD (the exchange rate may vary, depending on your bank exchange rate).
Waiting Fee Charge
If you require a multi-stop transfer (for example, you go to one location, we wait for you, and then you continue to somewhere else) there will be a waiting charge of $10/ hr. If your flight is delayed we do not charge any additional or waiting fees.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit the link provided in the confirmation email, send us an email, or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 day before arriving in Cairo). If you have already paid, we will charge a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. If you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, no partial refund is available. If your flight has been cancelled by your airline please let us know so we can inform our driver.
Limousine Cancellation (luxury vehicles)
Cancellations of luxury limousines (Lincoln vehicles – etc.) are subject to different cancellation terms and conditions. The reservation cancellation has to be made at least 3 days prior to the planned trip and we will charge you 10% cancellation fee; otherwise we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
